• Initial quotes are provided and can be modified based on additional client requirements.
• Approximate delivery time ranges between 7-14 A day or more working depending on project complexity.
• The base price includes free hosting and domain for one year.
• Modifications after final delivery may be subject to additional fees.
• Warranty period: 3 months covering technical fixes.

2.2. Resumes

• Resumes are delivered within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
• The price includes resume design and two minor modifications after delivery.
• Substantial modifications after delivery may be subject to additional fees.

2.3. Educational Courses

• Courses are available online after payment completion.
• Access duration: 6 months from purchase date.
• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase if the course hasn't been started.

3. Payment and Refunds

• 35% of the amount is required upfront to start work on the project.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client acceptance.
• The advance payment is non-refundable if the project is canceled after work has begun.
• If the project is canceled by Muammal, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• In case of delivery delay beyond the agreed timeline for reasons not attributable to the client, the client is entitled to a 5% discount for each week of delay.

All intellectual property rights for developed websites and applications are transferred to the client after full payment is received. Muammal retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
